Ownership
The Mars® Protocol and all materials in this repository are the proprietary work product of Causum.
Causum owns exclusively:
- The Mars® name and registered trademark
- The Mars® specification as a whole and each of its layers individually: domain modeling (§01 Juno), base analysis (§02a Jupiter), integrated analysis (§02b-i through §02b-iii Jupiter), elevated analysis (§02c Jupiter), and artifacts (§03-i through §03-iv Minerva)
- All schemas, registry templates, conformance checklists, and appendices in this repository
- The Capitoline Triad protocol structure and the assignment of its members to specification layers
Grant of access
Access to this repository or any document within it does not constitute a license to practice, implement, sublicense, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any mechanism described herein.
Licensing
Implementation of the mechanisms described in this specification requires a valid, executed license agreement with Causum. A licensee may implement only those layers expressly identified in their license agreement.
