1. What this section covers
This section specifies governed data generation, governed benchmark generation, and model evaluation — the three production operations that create certified artifacts from the governing specification and domain model. It also covers the conformance certificate requirements for each production act, the benchmark consumer interface and lifecycle, and model evaluation scenarios and the model-behavior certificate.
Dependencies:
- §01 (modeling) — provides the domain model (one or more, composable and independently operable; see §01 §1) governing all generation operations; where multiple domain models are active, each carries its own registered artifact identity and each generated artifact is scoped to the domain model version that governed its production
- §02b §2 (conformance certificate) — governed data generation certificates, governing-benchmark certificates, and model-behavior certificates are conformance certificates whose nine structural invariants are defined in §02b §2
- §02b §5 (delta-attestation lifecycle) — governs the amendment lifecycle for governing specifications, benchmark versions, generation specifications, and all registered production artifacts; governs benchmark staleness on specification amendment
- §03-iii (evidence-gathering verification) — data gaps and evaluability gaps are surfaced by §03-iii; resolution paths 3 and 4 of §03-iii §2.11 route to this section; benchmark consumer verification results feed back to §03-iii §2.10 (reinforcement loop model-gap closure)
Produces: governing-data-generation certificate, governing-benchmark certificate, model-behavior certificate — consumed by §03-iii §2.11 (data-gap closure), §03-iii §2.10 (reinforcement loop model-gap resolution), and pre-invocation governance (§02c).
