5. What this section does not require
- It does not require a deployment to perform autonomous reasoning. The base conformance classes stand without it.
- It does not prescribe the acquisition policy — which gaps to prioritize, what synthesis heuristics to apply, how to score candidates. That is a licensee implementation choice. This section governs that the loop is gap-driven, map-governed, registered, and recomputable — not how the deployment chooses within those bounds.
- It does not prescribe a mechanism. Any traversal engine, any acquisition source, any synthesis method is admitted provided the structural requirements of §3 are satisfied and the properties of §4 hold.
